Refund Exchange Return  Refunds We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition A valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required The item must be returned to us before a refund can be processed ❌ Refund Exclusions Refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances: 1️⃣ Change of Mind We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 2️⃣ Commercial or Promotional Use Items purchased or used for commercial purposes — including but not limited to commercial photo shoots, content creation, display, styling, or promotional use — are not eligible for refunds. 3️⃣ Earrings For hygiene and customer safety reasons, all earrings are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 4️⃣ Custom-Made or Personalised Items All custom-made or personalised items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, as they cannot be resold. 5️⃣ Sale, Discounted, or Promotional Items All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 💳 Refund Method (Original Payment Method Only) All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to offer refunds via: Cash for card or digital payments Bank transfers, international transfers, or third-party payment methods Alternative payment methods different from the original transaction  Exchanges Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and in resaleable condition Exchanges are subject to product availability Any price difference must be paid when exchanging for a higher-value item The item must be returned to us before an exchange can be processed ❌ Exchange Exclusions Exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances: 1️⃣ Commercial or Promotional Use Items used for commercial, promotional, or content creation purposes are not eligible for exchange once used. 2️⃣ Used or Unsuitable for Resale Items Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or are not suitable for resale are not eligible for exchange. 3️⃣ Earrings For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale and not eligible for exchange. 4️⃣ Custom-Made or Personalised Items Custom-made or personalised items are final sale and not eligible for exchange. 5️⃣ Sale, Discounted, or Promotional Items All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.  Faulty Items (Australian Consumer Law) We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If an item has a manufacturing fault or does not meet acceptable quality standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault. All faulty item claims are subject to assessment and inspection The item must be returned to us for evaluation before any resolution can be offered Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.  Repairs If an item is outside the warranty or after-sales period, repair services may still be available, subject to a repair fee Not all items or damages are repairable Repair eligibility will be assessed based on the specific condition of the item Where repair is possible, we will do our best to assist Repair fees are determined based on: Repair complexity Required materials Labour and associated costs The store reserves the right to determine repair feasibility and final repair pricing.  Shipping Cost Policy For refunds, exchanges, or repairs: If a customer is unable to return the item in person and chooses to use postal services, all shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any shipping-related expenses.
