Refunds
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
2️⃣ Commercial or Promotional Use
Items purchased or used for commercial purposes — including but not limited to commercial photo shoots, content creation, display, styling, or promotional use — are not eligible for refunds.
3️⃣ Earrings
For hygiene and customer safety reasons, all earrings are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
4️⃣ Custom-Made or Personalised Items
All custom-made or personalised items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, as they cannot be resold.
5️⃣ Sale, Discounted, or Promotional Items
All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
2️⃣ Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in resaleable condition

Exchanges are subject to product availability

Any price difference must be paid when exchanging for a higher-value item

The item must be returned to us before an exchange can be processed

Items used for commercial, promotional, or content creation purposes are not eligible for exchange once used.
2️⃣ Used or Unsuitable for Resale Items
Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or are not suitable for resale are not eligible for exchange.
3️⃣ Earrings
For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
4️⃣ Custom-Made or Personalised Items
Custom-made or personalised items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
5️⃣ Sale, Discounted, or Promotional Items
All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
3️⃣ Faulty Items (Australian Consumer Law)
We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If an item has a manufacturing fault or does not meet acceptable quality standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault.

All faulty item claims are subject to assessment and inspection

The item must be returned to us for evaluation before any resolution can be offered

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault
This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is outside the warranty or after-sales period, repair services may still be available, subject to a repair fee

5️⃣ Shipping Cost Policy
For refunds, exchanges, or repairs:
If a customer is unable to return the item in person and chooses to use postal services, all shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover any shipping-related expenses.
